Goes from hardwood to carpet, avoids electrical cords, dog bed, without ever getting stuck to date. Have not used the wet mop function yet, but see that is just an added bonus. Use Daily Even mowed the lawn (just kidding on that one).
Great vacuum which cleans in a consistent back and forth pattern. After cleaning five rooms it then returns to its charging station. We have hard wood floors and moderate length Knapp carpets and it cleans everything. Even disappears under the couches and beds and reappears. The only thing it does not clean is shag bath mats. It gets stuck. Additionally, very good seller service. Better than my Roomba which cleans in a random pattern and misses spots.
Highly recommended. A must have for each home. During quarantine, I hav been doing the house clean almost every 2 days. And it really makes me frustrating of those hair and dust. I tried to clean the hair on the floor with the wipes but end with them sticking on the floor. So finally I get my first clean robot. It really helps a lot. I had it for already one week. And everyday all I need to do is to turn it on in the morning and it will do the work. Easy and clean. And it’s really like having a pet around you. Especially when you have no one at home with you to talk to. Lol
I just got this yesterday and was so excited but also nervous to try it out. I’m very happy with my purchase. To sum it up, it hit every spot in any room I put it in, it runs for a long time, it’s way quieter than my previous robotic vacuum, and the mopping option on this actually works. It says not to put any cleaner in it, just water, but I did put a few drops of white vinegar in it and my floors are actually clean. I also thought that you’d have to refill the water tank a lot for it to mop, but I was wrong! It lasts. I have told all my friends and family about it.
Glad I found this vacuum/mop robot, it’s a great replacement for my old iRobot. I followed the instruction and test both the vacuum and mop feature, both works great as expected. Vacuum container is larger than my old robot, I have a dog that sheds during seasons, with bigger container I don’t need to clean it that often. Which is a big plus! Mop feature is pretty new to me, I followed the instructions and it turned out great, easy to use and perfect for my hardwood floor. I would recommend this robot, very budget friendly choice.
This is a good vacuum. Reviews of other robo vacuums stated that they moved in a random pattern. This vacuum has a planned pattern. It goes across the floor in a straight line, moves over about 10" and comes back in a straight line unless it hits something. So it cleans the floor better. The mop function is just a damp mop and I really need a scrubber. But I am happy with this vacuum even without the mopping feature. The instructions are mostly pictures and could use a few more words of explanation. The packaging was well done. I wish the On/Off button was on the top instead of the side. I also wish the vacuum would beep longer and more loudly when it gets into trouble. Maybe it could hollar " Help, I'm stuck in the closet" so it could be found more easily.
The first moment I received it, I couldn't wait to open it and use it. First of all, it looks like my favorite color. It can suck and mop the floor, which is the primary condition for me to choose it. Although the corner will not take into account, but the overall feeling is very good. I really like the mopping function. It saves me a lot of time.

I use this little robot every single day and my apartment has never been cleaner! The mop feature is great as well. I have a pretty big lip at the entrance of my bathroom so I was worried it would have trouble going over that, but it doesn't have any issues! Exceeded my expectations. I've been telling my family and friends they need one! Buy one and you won't regret it.
